Park City Multitrade successfully tendered for a project at our Rhyl College to refurbish two toilet blocks including a high dependency unit together with the creations and alternation of new office space. The works were tight in timescale as a consequence of the College Calendar and need to complete in time for the return of the September intake of students. Works commenced promptly and professionally. A detailed programme of works was met throughout the project and trades managed effectively and efficiently to ensure programme was met. Works were completed on time and within contract period and contract sum. All works completed to a high standard and with minimal snags. We would certainly be happy use Park City for future works.
