ParkCity’s dedicated workforce are committed to performance – trained to the highest industry standards for quality and safety. Together, alongside an established supply chain relationship with local and national subcontractors and suppliers, this allows us to deliver a comprehensive service efficiently.

Public and workforce safety is our highest priority. ParkCity’s approach to excellent Health and Safety Management is underpinned by our commitment to frequent training, our dedicated workforce and a robust Health and Safety Policy. We hold CHAS Certification, conduct annual mandatory training in-house covering Asbestos Awareness, Working At Height, Manual Handling, Level 3 First Aid, Scaffolding Safety and Abrasive Wheels in addition to ensuring our Site Management team are SMSTS and SSSTS qualified.

We implement a detailed Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan (CPP) alongside task-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for each individual project and conduct regular safety briefings and toolbox talks, supporting the HSE guidance for managing H&S (HSG65) alongside the principles of Plan/Do/Check/Act.

Regular site safety audits are undertaken by our external Health and Safety Advisor and project specific Site Manager, in addition to enforcing a Permit-To-Work system for high-risk activities. Rigorous routine site perimeter inspections are conducted to ensure separation is maintained and all emergency procedures remain clearly displayed to ensure thorough communication
